Hello I’m Sarah Hübner, the Improverin®
I’m a bilingual British-German facilitator who helps individuals and teams shine and thrive. I create spaces where trust and collaboration spark connection and productivity. Laughter is part of the equation and often the key to unlocking new ideas and solutions.
In 2020, I took a leap of faith and left my secure job to pursue my passion for team performance, communication, and leadership through applied improvisation techniques. Since then, I’ve been working with both individuals and teams to achieve more together.
With over 20 years of experience across Europe, the U.S., and China, I blend creativity with practical skills to strengthen collaboration. I lead workshops, deliver inspiring talks, and facilitate meetings—all aimed at sparking positive change. Each session becomes a little journey of discovery where we grow together.
When I’m not facilitating, you’ll find me shooting hoops with the TSV Solln women’s basketball team or diving into novels from across the globe.
Ready to enhance communication and collaboration? Let’s start the conversation!
